Postage from Norway is expensive. One "Green Stamp" (1 USD) do NOT cover postage for direct QSL. Postage in Norway is going up and the USD down Stamp cost is now more than USD 2 - I therefore need USD 3.00 or at least one IRC for direct QSL (QSL via bureau is also OK)
