I was first licensed in 1991 as N2MUO, and immediately became involved in emergency communications. I have held the positions of AEC/Deputy RO and EC/RO for the Town of Babylon ARES/RACES, EC and Deputy RO for Suffolk County, both in New York; Pinellas County EC and Asst. SEC for West Central Florida. I have also been very active in Skywarn, and held the position of Regional Skywarn Coordinator for the New York City NWS Forecast Office.

In 2001, I relocated to Tampa, FL for business reasons, and currently serve as a Communications Technical Officer for Florida Wing, Civil Air Patrol.

I enjoy VHF/UHF repeater ops, HF voice/RTTY, Echolink, and experiments in emergency setup, antennas, and power.

Professionally, I am a sales engineer for a company that makes security and encryption products for computer networks.
