I come from Dunhuang, one of holly place of the four major Buddhist shrines in China, Dunhuang is located at the west most of Gansu Province, with the Yangguan Pass and Jade Gate Pass as its two gates, it was a international town on the ancient Silk Road. Therefore, there are many historical sites covers in my hometown. The most famous Mogao Grottoes is the oldest, largest, richest, and best-preserved Buddhist Grottoes in China, which was listed the world heritage by UNSCO in 1987. The Yangguan Pass and Jade Gate Pass were the two customs and the frontiers between East and West; the Sand Dunes and Crescent Moon Lakes are the natural wonder, the unique lake never filling the sand through the thousands of years. The magmatic Yadan Landform was made by natural wind erosion show the different shapes by your images.
