A Rede dos Emissores Portugueses informa que colocou em funcionamento o beacon CS5BTEN situado no Cacém, QTH Loc IM58is, transmite em A1A (CW) na frequência de 28,225 MHz, com 10 watts numa antena vertical.

Com a chegada do Ciclo Solar 24, este beacon poderá ajudar a estudar a propagação na banda dos 10 metros.

With the arrival of the Solar Cycle 24, this beacon may help to study the spread in the band of 10 meters.
