Hi i'm Peter, thanks to visit my page. I am located 20 km near Heidelberg. Start with radio as a SWL (prevalent BC DX), passed the Class A "full licence" in December 2007. I'm learn CW now on http://www.lcwo.net. It's a verry good homepage to learn telegraphy. I'm a CW beginner, please QRS, many thanks for your comprehension! My ham radio concern now is short wave dx at CW, SSB and digimodes and my favourite are 40, 30, and 20 meters. In the most time i use VHF and UHF for mobile operating. I’m also ready for echolink, most on DB0ND Node-No. 98495. I’m using a yaesu FT-990 for short wave. For mobile i'am operating a Yaesu FT-7800E with approximate 40-50 watts. Antennas: end-fed matched longwire for 160-10 meter (around 10 meters (32 feets) over ground and only 20 meters (65 feets) long) and a Diamond MR-77 for mobile using. Local radio club are OV K06, Ludwigshafen/ Rhine (Rhineland-Palatinate), chapter of the DARC (German HAM Radio Club), the national organisation for amateur radio in Germany.
