If you wish to receive a QSL card direct, kindly enclose two (2) green stamps or the new IRC and an envelope with your name and address. If you prefer to affix stamps, please make sure they are PHILIPPINE stamps of the correct postage.

Please do not send postal matter to my Philippine address as pilferage is rampant. Kindly be patient with return QSL as I just request relatives from the USA to handcarry the cards when they visit the Philippines.
