Thanks for looking me up on qrz! I've been interested in radio since I was about 10. I currently work in the broadcast industry as a transmission/broadcast engineer. My shack antennas consist of a half G5RV, 3ele yagi for 50Mhz, Watson vertical for 70Mhz, Tonna 11ele for 144Mhz, 25ele for 432Mhz, Tonna 35ele Yagi for1296Mhz and a 60cm dish for 10368Mhz. The shack kit includes an Icom 706, yaesu FT-817, Icom 756Pro, yaesu 847, yaesu 8900, kenwood th-f7, kenwood tm531e, Two 10ghz gunnplexer transceivers for Wideband FM, homebrew 23cm atv transceiver, Kenwood TS2000, Philips FM1000, Ascom SE550, FT2000, FT897, DEMI 10Ghz transverter, 23cm Khunne transverter and a Yaesu FT901ZD .The FT-2000 is mostly used on 144Mhz with an SDR-IQ panoramic display with a DEMI transverter for working weak signals. I'm mostly interested in VHF, UHF and Microwave opperation and have recently started experimenting with rainscatter and aircraft scatter.
