April 2011

On April 23-24th 2011 we worked the annual H26 (Swiss Contest) from the Canton Lucerne (LU), from a hilltop, which is a (for civilians) restricted a military area.

MATTERHORN AWARD: The IPARC presents the Matterhorn Award to all licensed Amateur Radio Ham's and SWL for the following conditions: Applicants must prove contacts with members of the International Police Association Radio Club, Swiss Section, as follows: - Europe: 1 Clubstation HB9IPA, HB9P, HB2008P or HE8P and 2 Swiss IPARC Stations - DX: 2 Swiss IPARC station (members or club calls).

QSL policy for HB9P: - QSL received via bureau = bureau. - QSL received Direct, with SAE and "2 USD"/1 IRC = Direct. - QSL received Direct with SAE but without USD/IRC = bureau. We do not accept/send e-QSL's. All QSO's will be confirmed with a QSL.
