Thanks for checking me out. I usually work PSK31 or CW on the HF bands. I prefer to rag chew, but I will QSL when I receive a card from you. I belong to

the Treasure Valley Radio Association which meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Sizzler Restaraunt in Ontario, Oregon at 7:30 pm local time We are a local club who supports several 2 meter repeaters, the most popular 147.120 + offset, 100 hz tone. We have a weekly net at 7:30 pm local

time. I am set up with a remote base, controlled by the allstarlink.org. My node # is 28210 and can be accessed to talk to our 147.120 repeater. I help the local VEs here and am a ARRL and W5YI examiner.

The main radio station here is a non pro model of the Icom IC-746. Use a RigBlaster M8 interface and MixW 2.19 registered software. Also have various vhf radios and a Yaesu FT-450 for ssb. Antennas include a 80 meter loop, 18avt trap vertical and home brew 3 el ten meter quad.

I was born in 1937 and first licensed in 1962. Guess that makes 50 years with the wonderful hobby. Have a wonderful wife Berniece, who supports me in

the hobby, 3 children , one, Harvey Daniel who is also a licensed ham "KC9VMO. After years of riding motorcycles, "Thank God" for no accidents I now

drive a vintage 1990 Miata sports car.
