K7XZ is a club station located in Overgaard, NAVAJO County, Arizona. Overgaard is about 150 miles NE of Phoenix, and 30 Miles West of Show Low, a town named after a poker game.

Overgaard is located in the White Mountains , at 6600 feet above sea level.

When the town was first founded, it was called Oklahoma Flats. The local sawmill was owned by a Dutchman named Overgaard, and by the 1930's the name stuck.

Today, with a population of roughly 3000 people, it is unincorporated. It is an eclectic mixture of cabins and homes. Overgaard is not an actual town, nor does it have local government. It is a settlement which has a post office and a fire district.
