Greetings Everyone,

My name is Karl Arriola, and I have been a Amateur Radio Operator since 1994. My first call was KE4MSA, and I have enjoyed devoting my licensure privilege within the realm of emergency communications. As a former Florida State Trooper (1986-2001), I enjoyed assisting many during and following the aftermath of many hurricanes which struck the south Florida area, from my Florida Highway Patrol cruiser.

I have served 16 years as a Florida State Trooper / Field Training Officer, and from 2001-2009 a Federal Air Marshal. After traveling the world and living pretty much in a suitcase, I decided to settle down and become a Special Agent with the United States Department of Transportation - Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

One of my favorite hobbies aside from Ham Radio is private piloting. Whenever I can, I am always happy to take family and friends for a cruise to many different locations.
