I retired from Ameritech (Illinois Bell) after 35 years and my Wife Nancy (N7RPE Tech +) and I moved to Oregon in 1989.

I am past President of the Dupage Amateur Radio Club of Illinois, The Central Oregon Radio Amateur Club and the Central Oregon DX Club.

Member Deschutes County ARES.

Member of the High Desert Amateur Radio Group.

Some past ARES positions that I have held were AEC, EC, and DEC. in Deschutes County, Oregon.

I am an avid DXer and have about 285 countries confirmed. My goal is to be on the DXCC Honor Roll.
