I have been a licensed ham since 1990.I primarily enjoy rag chew on the 10 and 40 meter bands, and usually monitor the 6 meter band for any openings. My SMIRK # is 6860. I was recently elected to serve as one of the Directors of 1010 International. I am Director over the QSO Party function. My term began in 2011. I am one of the founding members of the Margarita & Martini Chapter of 1010 International. In my early years as a ham, I served as one of the original net controls for the Southeastern Link Repeater Net which is still the largest RF linked repeater net in the Southeast. This Net meets every Wednesday evening at 9 Eastern Time on a variety of repeaters in the Southeastern USA. Finally, I enjoy several digital modes, including PSK31 and RTTY.
