Thanks for checking out my page! If we made contact, thanks for the QSO. My previous call signs: KA1ZSU, N1MGL, KD1VL, & AB1LQ. I became a ham in 1992 as a result of having family living in South America. My younger brother was (is) a ham and had the call PP2ZJP at the time. There was no internet or cheap calling in those days so I spent a lot of timerunning phone patches for missionaries in remote areas. It was lots of fun. The propogation was great at the time. I had a second hand Yaesu FT-102. Unfortunately I sold the rig in the late 90s before moving. After that I was inactive for about 10 years and finally got back into things in 2009. I was Advanced Class as KD1VL but wanted to try for the Extra. In December of 2009 I passed my Extra Class exam, got a new station set up,and have been back at it ever since. I enjoy CW and work SKCC events from time to time. I use a J-38 key primarily and am learning to use Bencher paddles again. SKCC #6389 If you have any interest in straight key operation go to http://www.skccgroup.com . It's a very active club and is free to join! ACLog by N3FJP is a great logging program! http://www.n3fjp.com/ QSL direct, eQSL, and LoTW. I will respond to all QSL cards that I receive. No SASE required I look forward to chatting with you on the air! 73, Tim
