I am an Extra Class ham, been licensed since 1992.

You may catch me on any band mainly on the weekend or in the evening. I also do a lot of shortwave listening.

I just put another Kenwood in the shack. It is a Kenwood TS 590. It is really awesome. The filtering, the dsp and the transmit and receive audio are by far the best. Even the tuner in it out does anything else that i have had in a long while. For the best deal on a new Kenwood product always check Main Trading Company in Paris Texas. They always have the best price and service out there.
