I received my tech. ticket in August of 2008 and then upgraded to general in October of 2008. I enjoy voice and all digital modes. I also like running QRP and QRPp. I spend alot of time on 40 meters around 7.035 and 7.070 running QRP psk. I also enjoy running QRP voice just to see how far I can get with 10 watts. It is amazing to see what little power can do!

I operated from Bogue Banks/ Emerald Isle from 5-8-09 to 5-11-09 using call KJ4FYX/p. IOTA# NA-112USi# NC010S. Had alot of fun and made many contacts. I look forward to my next portable operation.
