Our club station is located in Andersen Hall, home of the Journalism College on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, city campus.
Radio equipment is as follows, Icom 736 and a Kenwood TM G707A that are located in the club station on the fourth floor
Antennas are as follows, Mosley TA-33JR for 10,15,20 Cushcraft 5-elements on 6-meters A pair of Cushcraft 13-elements stacked on 2-meters80-meter dipole and a vertical on 440 & 2 .These antennas are all about 70 feet above ground
The club 2-meter repeater is located at about the 170 foot elevation on Oldfather Hall and has great coverage in the Lincoln area using 145.325(-)
Currently the University of Nebraska club station has been active on all bands from 160m up to 70cm in contesting, antenna experimenting, dx chasing, public service, etc
