I am a new licensee to amateur radio. I received my Tech license June 13, 2008 and my General upgrade July 26, 2008. and my extra upgrade November 11, 2008. I have been around the hobby on the sidelines for many years and now finally I am in the game! I am a member and Public Information Officer for the Splitrock Amateur Radio Association www.splitrockara.org. Our repeater frequency is 146.985 - offset 131.8pl (K2RF) and we are also on echolink (K2RF-R)!

I am 28 years old and am hoping to propagate this wonderful hobby to the younger generations!
