I have continued to use my HW-101. I have made several modification to the HW-101, including replacement of the old VFO with a DDS which I designed and built, an AGC in place of the the AVC, and several other small mods. Several of the DDS boards have been used in old Drake and Ten Tec rigs with good success. I recently became interested in getting my old novice station going again. I sold the old Knight R-100A receiver and Knight T-50 approximately 35 years ago. I located the Rx and Tx, both of which were in good condition, and bought them. I have built a T-R switch and modified my DDS signal generator to use as a VFO.
