PC10SAIL has been on air from 30 july until 24 august.

This has not been a wide-scaled operation but rather a small activation during this period to bring the Amsterdam "SAIL 2010" Tall Ships event under the attention of radio-amateurs all over the world.

Unfortunately there was a lot of local noise at times, even preventing S9-signals to be copied ! Yet we managed to make a total of 3000 qso's, mainly in CW which turned out to be best way to overcome the noise.

About QSL-ing: there will be a REAL qsl-card, that is: such an old-fashioned piece of paper showing our call-signs and the qso-details. there will be NO LOTW-upload and NO eQSL !

The best (and preferred way) to get our QSL is via Air Mail to the above-mentioned address. Please include some kind of return postage cards received without sufficient  postage will be answered via bureau !

Of course any card received via bureau will be answered as well, but may take quite some turn-around time

There has been some delay in designing and printing the cards, but the cards are expected to go out somewhere in January 2011; so, anyone who has requested a card please be patient for a few more weeks.
