2010 UPDATE. The 3 month stay in the Caribbean was great, but a lot of work on the property. The antennas for all bands were up. The xyl did most of the heavy lifting. I discussed the 10/10/10 situation with the locals on the island and some people in the government. The general consensus is that they will not meet the deadline to go independent for another year. So we will probably not be a new country for a year or more.

Please be patient if you have not received a return card. I have senr a few out. I ran out of cards and have not received new ones. I got about 1K of cards to reply to on this trip I do not have computer logging so it is slow going. I will answer all cards received direct.

Direct does not mean direct to the bureau! It means direct to my address on QRZ. I am not replying to the bureau, Reason being that it slows down the hole process and mis directs the cards so they may or may not show up ever.With all the guys wanting band, mode, satellite etc. qsl's it is difficult to  keep up. It is not unusual have 12 or more qso stickers on a card and having  the mindset that he (or she)will get 12 indivdual cards with rtty and other modes I never known. These folks expect it. Not even a buck to help with postsge.
