Some stations in Brazil do not respect national laws and international telecommunications, talk to clandestine " PIRATES " stations, use the code "Q" wrong, do not respect that your license allows frequencies and transmit in different modes of correct.Regrettably it does lack of oversight by the Brazilian government, lack of education for some people and especially the facilities for entrance exams amateur radio.

Algumas estações brasileiras não respeitam as legislações nacionais e internacionais de telecomunicações, falam com estações clandestinas " PIRATAS ", utilizam o Código "Q" errado, não respeitam as frequências que suas licenças permitem e transmitem em modalidades diferentes da correta para a frequência. Lamentávelmente isso acontece pela falta de fiscalização do Governo Brasileiro, falta de educação de algumas pessoas e principalmente pelas facilidades nos exames para ingresso ao radioamadorismo.
