THE FIRE SERVICE COLLEGE IN CRACOW  was founded in 1960. The College educates a middle technical staff for Polish Fire Service. Young people learn about firefighting, medical and technical rescue, chemistry, hydraulics, etc. A practical training take place on College's fireground. During duty in the College' s Fire Station instructors together with students put fires, rescue casualties, etc. The College also educates different ranks firemen on periodical improving courses. International symposiums, exhibitions and conferences help to know the present and the future of a world fire service and rescue. The Fire Service College educates 21st century firemen prepared for help and rescue everybody, everything, everywhere and everytime - in every event and every accident.

Award Rules

The Award is issued by the SP9PSJ Club of the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Jeziorzany and the Fire Service College in Kraków to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the School for the activities from 1 March to 31 October 2010. Any band or mode, except for cross-band or cross-mode.
Non-SP stations: work (or hear) the special-event stations: SN50SPP 01-31.03.2010; SN50SCP 01-30.06.2010; SN50SA 01-30.09.2010.
Regular Award: 3 QSO's with 3 stations.
Golden Award: 6 QSO's, 2 QSO's with each station on different days.
Plaque: 8 QSO's, 2 with each of the 3 stations, plus 2 QSO's with SN50KSP 01-31.10.2010. Up to two missing QSO's with the first three stations can be substituted by QSO's with SN50KSP when you apply for the Regular or Golden Awards (not for the Plaque).

W dniu 1 marca 2010 roku rozpoczęliśmy kilkumiesięczne świętowanie obchodów 50 lecia Krakowskiej Szkoły Pożarniczej zlokalizowanej w Krakowie - Howej Hucie. W swej historii nosiła różne nazwy. I tak na poczatku była to Szkoła Podoficerów Pożarnictwa. Z tej okazji w dniach 1 - 31 marca 2010 roku była czynna stacja okolicznościowa SN50SPP. Następnie została nazwana Szkołą Chorążych Pożarnictwa. Ten okres historii przypominała stacja okolicznościowa SN50SCP pracująca w okresie 1 - 30 czerwca 2010 roku. Następnie utworzono Szkołę Aspirantów PSP, która funkcjonuje do dnia dzisiejszego. Tę szkołę świętowliśmy w miesiącu wrześniu (1-30.09.2010) pod znakiem SN50SA. Punktem kulminacyjnym obchodów w szkole będzie miesiąc pażdziernik i w tym okresie (1-31.10.2010) będziemy pracować pod znakiem okolicznościowym SN50KSP jako ogólne świętowanie 50 lecia istnienia szkoły na terenie miasta Krakowa.
