For a paper QSL:

• Canadians: SASE.
• Americans: SAE + $1.
• International: SAE + $2.

I can accept $USA, $CAN, Euro or Swiss Francs.

I will QSL via buro only if requested. SWL reports via direct mail with SAE and postage are responded to immediately otherwise via buro. Do not send mail requiring a signature. This necessitates a 15Km round trip to the post office. In future such cards will be discarded unopened.

In Canada, as of 2012, an international postage stamp costs $1.80 + sales tax which is $2.08 (plus card and envelope) which is why I ask for $2 to partially cover costs. Postage to USA is currently $1.05 + tax. Cards without either an IRC or sufficient return postage will be answered via the buro.
