I was born in Sudbury Ontario September 1959. I attended Cambrian College of Applied Arts and Technology from 1977 to 1980. I obtained a diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology in May 1980. My career consisted of control system maintenance at the Algonquin Radio Observatory for the National Research Council of Canada. Then I moved on to Atomic Energy of Canada Limited where I repaired and maintained an electron microscope and an Auger microprobe. I also did some development and design there. I changed positions at Atomic Energy in Chalk River Ontario and began designing control systems using microprocessors and later PC based computers. My last position consisted of returning to Cambrian College and teaching electronics. I am now retired and use electronics as one of my hobbies along with amateur radio. I am married to a loving wife Linda and we have three children from 27 to 22 years and three granddaughters. Last modified: 2011-03-22 05:53:26, 1131 bytes cached
