Hi,

I've been licensed for 41 years. You may have known me as WBØDNY many years ago. I'm a native of Colorado. I called the Western Slope home for many years. I also lived in Germany and was active on the bands as DJØBG. I'm a member of QCWA and a brasspounder at heart. I have a passion for languages, especially, German, Russian and Dutch.  I've been learning French diligently for the past year. I'm active in ARES/RACES, Douglas County District 24, as well as the Denver Emergency Communications Group and serve on the Area Communications Council. I'm also a member locally of the Castle Rock Repeater Group, serving on the Board of Directors as one of the officers of the group. You'll find me on 146.670, 145.400 or 447.150. I'm a certified ARECC Field Instructor and Examiner. I teach a lot of Ham Classes and actively serve as a VE for both ARRL and W5YI VECs.  I also proudly serve on the editorial staff of DxCoffee Ham Radio Magazine.
