Greetings from corn country!
Balancing my radio time between full-time employment, full-time college, and two toddlers, I don't get on the air as often as I'd like (who of us really does?) but do enjoy the time on when I get it. My primary mode of operation is CW, but I also operate SSB. I'm free in the mornings for skeds on occasion, check into the 3905 Century Club 80m net on 3.904MHz Saturday evenings, and also pop into the 7272 Ragchew Net in the mornings if the homework pile isn't too deep. I used to monitor 14.230 SSTV, but all the dirty old men sending girlie pictures ran me off. My greatest interest in this hobby is exchanging QSL cards. I love get them in the mail, no matter how shiny or dull, fancy or plain they are. I'll even take reports written on notecards if it's all you've got! Please note that a SASE is NOT required for my card. QSLing is part of the QSO, and I'm not going to make you pay for my card. 73 and see you on the bands!
