WØL "Spirit of St. Louis" Special Event Station - May 8 through May 16 2010.

The St Louis and Suburban Radio Club is celebrating the 83rd anniversary of Charles Lindbergh's historic trans-Atlantic flight. Lindbergh, in the Spirit of St. Louis, left Lambert Field at 8:30 AM Central Standard time on May 12, 1927 in-route to Curtiss Field and the beginning of the Atlantic crossing.
