I was first licensed in 1952 as W1WIQ in Providence, RI. Have also held the following callsigns: K6BTE, DL4RI, 6O1ND, OE1ZDA, K4CTY, VU2AAA, YB0ACT, ND4AA, and KP2/W1MO.

Member of ARRL, FOC, CW Ops, Florida Contest Group, and A-1 OC.

Photograph (above, right) shows installation of the Force 12 XR-5 antenna on 74 ft. of AB105 tower. The XR-5, covering 5 bands, 20-10m, is comprised of five 2-el Yagi antennas interlaced on an 18 ft. boom and fed with a single coaxial cable. The tower is guyed with Phillystran non-metallic guys. The man on the tower is Dan Street, K1TO, of A-1 Tower Service, Myakka City, FL.  He did a great job for me.  I am now age 75 and no longer do any climbing.
