W3PP is one of two calls of the DEL MAR VA DX Assoc., the other being KT3W. W3PP, Dallas Carter, was a member and Trustee of the Club, unfortunately Dallas became a SK on October 21, 2009. The Club was fortunate to obtain his call as a Memorial to Him.
This group consists of 30+ members who have some connection to the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Virginia or Delaware. It serves as a resource pool for those looking for local assistance with antenna and or station issues. This is an ARRL affiliated club.
