I was first licensed as WD4BRR in Charleston, SC in 1976(14 years old) Moved to Annapolis Maryland in 1990 and had call N3OKY and was a VE with Laurel ARC I am also an ARRL Accredited VE here in Pensacola, FL I work for Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) and I am Field located in Pensacola, FL at the Airport. I train/install/maintain the HF Radios at all the Airports around the Country. Currently trained over 430 TSA DHS Officers to get their FCC license. I get to play with Ham Radio 8 hours a day, WOW! hope it lasts till retirement!!!! Finished the FEMA ICS Courses and ComL: ICS 100, 200, 300, 700, 800, 802 and ComL I earned my Commercial FCC licenses in 1993 while working for ARINC as a Field Technician on the ACARS system. GROL, GMDSS w/radar endorsement. Pic above is of my 14 yr old Daughter that also received her Tech License KJ4RFM and also my Collins KWM2 1960 My wife also earned her Tech license in Dec 2009 KJ4RFN WOW! all in the Family!!!
