I have my Tech and working on getting my General. My equipment that I use isn't the newest and greatest stuff but it sure works and I am happy for now. My HF rigs are a Kenwood TS 520SE, and an Icom IC 745 which all goes into an MFJ Versa2 948 which feeds an 10 meter diploe and a home built 40-10meter Buddistick vertical. For my 2meter gear I am using a Yaesu FT 60R and an Icom 2 meter mobile. My life in ham radio has grown in the years I have been licensed, still a tech but belong to a great club. Anyone who lives in the Tacoma WA area should check us out. "The Radio Club of Tacoma". We have been around for almost a 100 years, The Radio Club of Tacoma (RCT) was founded in 1916 and is one of the oldest amateur radio clubs in the United States. In October of 2006 the club celebrated it's 90th Anniversary. Check us out at : w7dk.org Paul wb6mri Last modified: 2012-04-22 21:50:32, 2070 bytes fetched
