Note: QSL's sent anywhere OTHER THAN to E21EIC will not ( CAN NOT ) be answered due to the lack of a secure PO Box in this part of the world.

NOTE: I do not believe in "black listing" a station because of poor operating practices, however, the amount of stations that constantly call me when I'm trying to work others has gotten out of hand. When this happens it slows down the process for everyone and eats up valuable time. Because of this I will note the offending call sign and inform that individual, on the air, that I will NOT work him/her on that day.

Please keep calls SHORT ( if I don't have it on the 2nd time I don't hear you ).
