Special call sign to celebrate the playing in New Zealand of the 2011 Rugby World Cup.

Every four years since 1987, the World's top 20 rugby teams contest the William Webb Ellis Cup. Englishman, William Webb Ellis is accredited with inventing the game of rugby when he picked up a football (soccer ball) and ran with it.

ZL4RUGBY is permitted for use between 19th August and 31st October 2011.

Please, no same-band, same-mode dupes . Log will be updated to Clublog at least once a week.
