public lands or environmentally sensitive locations around the World. 2008 - Clipperton Island: (French Overseas Territory) Call sign: TX5C. 2006 - Amateur radio expedition to the Antarctic island of Peter I Island (Norwegian Overseas Territory) Authorized and approved by: Norsk Polar Institute,

Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Union, the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of State. His team was ashore for approximately two weeks with off-shore support. Call sign: 3YØX. 2002 - Chatham Island: Authorized and permitted by New Zealnd Gov't.
