QSL policy: QSL will always be answered 100% as long as you are in the log. SWL QSL welcome, please note the callsign of the station I was contacting and the right log info.
I prefer QSL via the digital way it is cheap, easy and much better for the environment.
Hi, my name is Bas. I'm radio active since 1979 (3m FM and 11m all mode). Got my first amateurradiolicense in 1998. I enjoy all aspects of amateurradio. At the moment my main interests are the HF in all modes, DX, contesting and blogging about amateurradio.
TRX used: Icom IC-706 MKIIG and Yaesu FT817ND
Antennas:VHF/UHF/6m vertical Watson W2000 in ES season. HB9CV for 10m & HF homemade multiband vertical with CG3000 tuner on 9m agl.In the winter I use a 84m square loop on 7m agl mainly for NVIS on 80/40m but it works well on other bands for some DX. At the mobile I use a modified DV27 CB antenna for 14-30 MHz and for portable use I have a Superantenna MP-1 on a tripod. Ocassionally I experiment with a 40m inverted-V and a 40m 1/4 wave vertical on a glassfiber mast. The glassfiber mast supports also a 3 band (10-20-40m) end-fed on /P activations.
