   My Paddle is  " Mercury " made by N2DAN  #286 Y 1996

.

I am an avid fan of telegraphy. I love all kind of keys and I tried to build a small keys collection.
I saw for the first time the  "Mercury" paddle   at the summer holiday's house of  I7ALE, and immediately liked it.
My  "Mercury" is the number ( # 286 ) , delivered to me in the  August 1996 - chromed, with magnetic tension and                  solid gold rodium-plated contacts .  My palettes were made at my request by olive wood . It's the best  paddle                           I know  , incomparable, and is the more used in the daily QSOs

My amateur radio activity began in 1968 as SWL with identification I1-15328; then I got my first license as IW4ADW had in 1970 only for the frequencies V / UHF. Finally I got the call sign as I4JEE by passing the CW test.

I got also the calls 9A8JE  by Croatia and AC2HR (extra class) by U.S.A.

Actually my main interest and activity is QRP, CW and RTTY, DIGI Modes ;

I like also to hunt the DX and I have accumulated all needed for DXCC;

I'm DXCC Honor Roll  with  # 346 entities cofirmed - including deleted ( 339 Current  --> N.Korea needed ) - and i've just got 5BDXCC # 7976.

I had the most important awards as WAC-WAE-WAZ-WAS and more.
I love to build and experiment with all kinds of antennas both HF and 50 MHZ. I participate in even the most important RTTY, CW  Contest and SSB sometimes.

My current equipment is:
ICOM : IC7000-IC775-IC 7300 - IC746 -Yaesu -FT847 - ELECRAFT Kx3 - Linear ACOM 1010
My antennas are:
Low bands: HT18 H.Gain.Tower - Create 4 Elment  for 10/15/20 - rotary dipole for 17/12 meters -  Receiving Diamond LOOP for Low Bands. EndFed 10 Mhz ( HyEndCompany.nl )

4 Elements LFA ( G0KSC ) Home Made for 50 Mhz -http://www.g0ksc.co.uk/50mhz-lfa-yagis/4el-35m-boom-lfa.html
