Instead of contacting our HQ staff directly, please use our 24-hour Support Center for all communications. Your message will be dispatched to the person who can best address your issue(s).
Getting Help
QRZ does not offer phone support but can be easily contacted, 24 hours a day at our Support Center.
We have support volunteers in North America, Europe, and the Far East who help us provide timely support to all regions.
If you have forgotten your password or are having problems logging in, etc., our Support Center will help you get going fast, usually within minutes.
Email & SPAM
QRZ never sends out unsolicited email, and we never share your private email address with anyone, period. Still, some internet service providers occasionally flag our system emails as SPAM. If you should have received an email from the QRZ system and it didn't arrive, check your SPAM folder.
